Hi, there. I’m Jemma!
Other than being a mum to 4 children, I’m a chiropractor. (Mum first, chiropractor
second – that’s the way of life, isn’t it?)
As a chiropractor, I have a passion for getting people moving, functioning, and
thriving—not just surviving. It’s what gets me up in the morning.
My expertise lies in dealing with low back pain, neck pain, headaches, and stress-
related issues.
But what I really do is help people’s bodies work better by improving their nervous
system function.
At Kairos Chiropractic, we focus on more than just cracking backs!
Kairos is an ancient Greek word meaning ‘the right or opportune moment for
change’.
And that’s what we’re about—helping people make the right changes at the right
time so they can get back to doing what they love.
Many people come to me after trying everything else.
They’ve been given painkillers, stretches, even seen other professionals.
But the problem keeps coming back… and back... and back.
That’s because most treatments focus on the symptoms, not the cause. Chiropractic takes a different approach.
Research has shown that chiropractic adjustments influence the way the brain
processes information, improving communication between the brain and body.
This is why adjustments can have such a wide-reaching effect—not just reducing
pain but improving movement, balance, coordination and even stress resilience.
At Kairos Chiropractic, we don’t just look at where it hurts—we look at why it hurts.
We assess your posture and your movement; how well your nervous system is
functioning.
Then we focus on restoring proper movement in the spine, allowing your body to
work the way it was designed to.
This isn’t just about feeling better; it’s about functioning better.
So, if you're fed up with the same issues cropping up again and again, and you're
looking for real, long-term solutions rather than quick fixes, you're in the right place.
And if you’re not sure whether chiropractic is for you? Come in, let’s chat.
If I’m not the right person to help, I’ll point you in the direction of someone who is.
Simple as that.
