Your first steps with Kairos Chiropractic

Step 1

Initial Consultation

Your initial consultation as a new client lasts up to 30 minutes. During this session, I will review the following:

  • Health history
  • Posture analysis
  • Orthopaedic & neurological testing
  • Chiropractic physical examination
Step 2

Health Workshop

The second part of your journey is the Health Workshop. These serve as your introduction to chiropractic care. These engaging and informative 30-minute workshops are held twice a week at the clinic.

They provide you with essential tools to accelerate your progress and help you maintain your health at home.

You can join this session either before or after your initial visits.

Step 3

Report of Findings

The third stage of your initial care journey is your verbal report of our findings and recommendations. These last 20-30 minutes during which I will:

  • Discuss what I have found
  • Share how I can help
  • Set out a plan for you
  • Should chiropractic be suitable for you, your treatment will commence on this appointment
